In this role you will drive profitability and operational excellence across a global manufacturing network. You will partner with Finance, Operations and IT to enhance margin transparency and reporting, and shape decision-making at scale. Your work will focus on standardizing margin governance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and translating data into actionable insights for cross-functional leaders. This is a high-impact role in a collaborative, international environment with strong growth potential.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead the global Operations gross margin framework across sites and regions
• Analyze cost drivers (productivity, labour, material, overheads, fixed cost absorption) to reveal margin performance
• Partner with Finance, Operations and IT to improve data quality and align financial systems
• Identify profitability improvement opportunities and support cost optimisation with measurable impact
• Develop and maintain global standards for margin reporting, variance analysis and governance
• Translate complex operational/financial data into clear insights for strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support budgeting,



forecasting and long-term operational planning

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Finance, Business, Economics
• 8-12+ years' experience in Operations Finance, manufacturing controlling or gross margin management in multi-site manufacturing
• Proven experience partnering with Operations leaders to improve performance and profitability
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, standard costing, productivity, labour, material and overhead cost drivers
• Advanced analytical skills with Excel, financial modelling and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Confident communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance and Supply Chain
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with continuous improvement track record
• ERP systems such as SAP
• English fluency; Spanish advantageous
• MedTech or healthcare manufacturing experience advantageous
