Experteer Overview
In this role you will advance personalized gaming experiences by building and productionising ML models within Tripledot’s AI group. You’ll work cross-functionally with data, engineering and product teams to impact KPIs such as retention, revenue and player experience, while improving efficiency and time-to-market. You will translate research into production code and design experiments to validate new AI approaches. This is a high-impact role at a fast-growing mobile games company.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Implement cutting-edge ML algorithms for personalization in gaming and test their effectiveness
• Design experiments and prototypes to assess new AI models’ viability and efficiency
• Translate research findings into production-ready code within the ML lifecycle
• Develop production-grade code and deploy ML models using MLOps concepts
• Design, develop and evaluate A/B tests to measure personalization impact
• Monitor and analyze player data to discover new personalization opportunities
• Document work to enable knowledge sharing within the team

Responsabilidades




• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field
• Strong understanding of ML techniques (classification, reinforcement learning, generative methods)
• Experience applying ML algorithms to real-world problems
• Experience with CI/CD, Version Control, Containers (Docker u0026 Kubernetes) and deploying ML models to production
• Proficiency in analytical programming and visualization tools (SQL, Python, matplotlib) and tools (Git, MLFlow, Kubeflow, Kubernetes, Trino, AirFlow)
• Solid grasp of statistical concepts (hypothesis testing, sampling, probability distributions)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with using generative AI copilots or agents in daily development
• Passion for mobile gaming and creating engaging player experiences
