Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, build, and continuously improve analytics infrastructure and AI-powered automation to enable SR risk management across Amazon’s global supplier network. You will deliver scalable dashboards, metric frameworks, and cross-system data validation to provide leadership with actionable insights. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions, improve reporting quality, and enable audit readiness. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that shapes how SR performance is measured and understood at scale.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of centralized reporting infrastructure including program dashboards and vendor compliance tracking systems
• Lead AI-powered automation initiatives such as intelligent tracking systems, supplier data extraction tools, and automated workflows to scale SR programs
• Design and maintain metric frameworks, data validation protocols,



and dashboard architectures for real-time program visibility
• Deliver cross-functional ad-hoc reporting and data analysis to translate raw data into actionable compliance insights and strategic recommendations
• Drive stakeholder alignment and adoption of reporting tools through self-serve interfaces, training, and feedback loops to improve data product quality
• Identify and surface strategic compliance risks via proactive data analysis (e.g., registration gaps, scorecard expiry patterns) and present findings with recommended actions
