Experteer Overview
In this role you lead Fever's AI transformation, splitting time between stakeholder discovery and hands-on engineering. You’ll design architecture and ship AI systems that automate workflows and empower business domains, from Operations to Creative and Support. You’ll guide a small AI team, translate needs into features, and deploy production-grade AI tools. This position is Madrid-based with strong emphasis on impact, collaboration, and shipping tangible time-savings.

• Proven AI product delivery in production with LLM frameworks (LangGraph, LlamaIndex)
