Your Role

As an Accountant / Certified Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for our legal entities worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the financial statements for our international subsidiaries.
- Perform General Ledger (GL) accounting and manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our international entities.
- Independently manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including e-invoicing, account reconciliations, and monitoring incoming payments.
- Prepare and coordinate international collections and dunning processes for outstanding receivables.




- Support the monthly closing process, particularly invoicing as well as revenue recognition and revenue postings.
- Process withholding tax requirements and ensure compliance with international tax regulations.
- Prepare and manage tax residency certificates.
- Support intercompany reconciliations and prepare reports for management.

What We're Looking For
- Hands‑on experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally within an international business environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial processes and business operations.
- A proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented way of working.
- Good English skills; German is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
