In this Senior AI u0026amp; ML Engineer role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of ML solutions for a global fragrance and flavor leader. You’ll shape scalable AI systems, deploy robust data pipelines, and implement strong MLOps practices in a hybrid work setting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you translate complex problems into production-ready technical solutions while upholding data privacy and ethical AI standards. • Implement and maintain robust MLOps workflows, including CI/CD, containerization, and model observability

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of IT/Engineering experience with hands-on AI/ML and technical leadership
• Advanced proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, architectures, and data engineering best practices
• Hands-on experience with Azure ML or Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and production monitoring
• Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Professional fluency in English; French is a strong plus
