Branding & Loyalty Programs Manager – Compressor Systems & Services EMEIA

Position Summary

The Branding & Loyalty Programs Manager will be responsible for driving brand excellence and customer loyalty initiatives across the Compressor Systems & Services (CSS) EMEIA business, encompassing both the Compression and Air Treatment portfolios.

This role will lead the execution of strategic branding and brand consolidation initiatives, develop loyalty programs that strengthen customer engagement, retention, and advocacy and ensure consistent implementation of integral brand guidelines across the EMEIA region. The position requires close collaboration with regional business leaders, marketing teams, corporate brand stakeholders, to ensure alignment and execution excellence across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Implementation
- Lead the execution of EMEIA branding initiatives across Compressor Systems and Air Treatment businesses.
- Drive the implementation and activation of brand value propositions across the CSS EMEIA brands,



ensuring clear differentiation, consistent messaging, and alignment with value-selling strategies to strengthen customer perception and commercial impact
- Drive implementation of brand architecture, portfolio positioning, brand transitions, and brand consolidation projects across the region.
- Develop and manage execution roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of branding-related initiatives across multiple countries and channels.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities involving marketing, communications, legal, digital, operations, sales, and customer support teams.
- Monitor project milestones, manage stakeholders, and ensure seamless implementation of branding changes across the business.

Customer Loyalty Programs
- Develop, implement, and manage customer loyalty and retention programs across Compressor Systems and Air Treatment businesses.
