About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Own a Portfolio: Manage a portfolio of restaurant clients, acting as their trusted advisor and strategic partner. You will be responsible for the Delivery Channel of our customers (aka Heroes in theRest) while supporting them with any other solution they might need.
- Drive Client Success: Implement best-in-class delivery strategies, optimize operational workflows, and improve overall restaurant performance.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain excellent relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and key stakeholders through proactive communication.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:



Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data to identify areas for improvement, develop actionable insights, and track progress towards achieving client goals.
- Process Improvement: Design and implement standardized processes and best practices to streamline delivery operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to provide the most effective and up-to-date solutions.
