What you'll get to do
- Support the administration of employee lifecycle processes, including hires, terminations,
and employee data changes, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Manage employment-related and administrative documentation, including employment contracts, certificates, employee communications, and other documents related to the employment relationship.
- Support payroll preparation activities by assisting in the collection, validation, and maintenance of employee data required for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding personnel administration, payroll, benefits, leave management, time and attendance, and other People Services processes, delivering a responsive and employee-focused service.
- Assist in the preparation of basic HR and payroll reports to support the monitoring of key metrics, operational performance, and administrative processes.
