Overview

We are looking for a Retail Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day management and optimization of product catalogs across Amazon and other marketplace environments. This role will be responsible for ensuring catalog excellence, enhancing product discoverability, resolving operational issues, and driving digital shelf performance through accurate and compelling product content.



The idóneo candidate combines marketplace operations expertise with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving in fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Catalog Management & Content Optimization Create, maintain and optimize product listings, attributes, PDP (Product Detail Page) content, and enhanced content assets.
- Ensure product information accuracy, completeness, and compliance with marketplace guidelines. Support SEO-driven content optimization across titles, bullet points, product descriptions, keywords, and detail pages to improve discoverability and conversion.
- Marketplace Operations Monitor and resolve catalog-related issues, including listing suppressions, publication errors, variation issues, and attribute conflicts. Manage assortment updates, product launches, bundle creation, and content refreshes.
