About the role

We're looking for a Senior Art Director to join our creative team in Barcelona.
This role is ideal for someone who can transform complex scientific information into visually engaging, consumer-focused creative. You'll lead the visual development of integrated campaigns across pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, wellness, and medical brands, creating work that is strategically grounded, creatively inspiring, and commercially effective.
You'll have experience working with healthcare, OTC, pharmaceutical, medical aesthetics, or wellness brands,



with the ability to balance creativity and regulatory requirements without compromising on visual excellence. You'll be responsible for developing ideas from concept to execution across multiple channels, creating compelling brand experiences that make science accessible, engaging, and relevant.

Key responsibilities

· Develop creative concepts and visual systems across integrated campaigns, supporting Creative Directors in the development of larger brand platforms and strategic initiatives.
· Lead the visual development of campaigns from concept through execution across digital, social, print, retail, CRM, and healthcare communication channels.
· Translate scientific data, product claims, clinical evidence, and consumer insights into compelling visual narratives.
· Art direct photography, video, motion graphics, CGI, AI-generated imagery, medical illustrations, and product visualization assets.
· Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Strategists, Medical Writer
