Senior Manager Portfolio Strategy, Travel Distribution
Purpose of the Role

The Senior Manager Portfolio Strategy will be part of the Travel Distribution Portfolio Product Management and Strategy team.
This role provides strategic insights and recommendations through the definition and delivery of complex studies, enabling Amadeus leadership teams to make key decisions.
We are looking for someone who can work effectively both independently and within diverse teams. You’ll manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality results and a sustainable work environment.
In this dynamic and highly analytical role, you will apply strategic thinking to solve complex challenges, propose innovative solutions, align with key stakeholders, and present actionable recommendations and deliverables to senior management.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of strategic studies on critical business issues, from growth opportunities and investment priorities to operating model improvements.
- Provide recommendations to shape portfolio direction,



including investment, partnership, and potential acquisitions (M&A;), ensuring alignment to long-term strategic goals.
- Identify and propose new opportunities, trends, and strategic needs for ongoing portfolio evolution.
- Support TRD leadership with ad-hoc analysis and insights, helping embed a strategic mindset across portfolio and product management teams.
- Mentor and support early-career team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.

About the Adecuado Candidate
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Information Technology; an MBA is an advantage.
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in consulting roles within strategy firms, or presales/solution design within global organizations or matrix environments.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse functions and cultures, balancing multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
