Role Purpose

Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Iberia, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet both current and future business needs. You will provide expert Talent Acquisition support to hiring managers, ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

In addition, you will lead the local execution of Employer Branding initiatives, supporting the development of the Employer Branding strategy and driving the implementation of the local employer branding plan to strengthen PMI's position as an employer of choice.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Early Careers activities
- Support TA strategy as a senior member of the team
- Develop and implement effective attraction and recruiting strategies to acquire top talent in alignment with PMI’s strate
