Front Desk Agent – Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal

We are looking for a friendly, professional and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests and will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome guests in a warm, professional and efficient manner.





* Perform check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with Marriott standards.

* Manage reservations, room assignments, guest requests and account inquiries.

* Provide guests with accurate information about the hotel, its services and the local area.

* Handle telephone calls, emails and other guest communications.

* Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests, concerns and complaints.

* Process payments, deposits and billing adjustments accurately.

* Promote Marriott Bonvoy membership and explain the programme’s benefits to guests.

* Identify opportunities to promote hotel services and maximise revenue.

* Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

* Maintain accurate records and ensure that all guest information is handled confidentially.

* Follow hotel procedures regarding safety, security, cash handling and data protection.
