We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented engineers in the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge financial technology platform. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of your domain, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within your team,

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
- Own a domain/subdomain, setting the 0-6 month technical roadmap.
- Work with senior engineers to ensure architectural consistency.
- Accountable for the reliability, availability, and security of our systems.
- Ensure all systems have appropriate support, SLAs, on-call rotas, and documentation.
Delivery Management
- Responsible for the delivery of your team, planning sprints, and overseeing project health.
- Assess the criticality of unplanned work, minimizing context-switching and unnecessary pressure.
