Process Improvement Principal SpecialistPosition Summary

The Commercial Process & Automation team enables a data‑driven and scalable commercial organization. As a Process Improvement Principal Specialist, you will partner across Amadeus Hospitality to design and improve commercial processes that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and employee experience.
In this role, you will primarily apply Lean principles to simplify workflows and reduce waste, complemented by Six Sigma methods when variation and quality improvement are required. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels to analyze processes, design improvements, define meaningful performance metrics, and support sustainable adoption of change. This role emphasizes partnership, clarity, and practical impact across the Customer Lifecycle (CLC) and related transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Commercial teams to improve end‑to‑end lead‑to‑cash processes, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and experience.




- Apply Lean principles (such as value stream mapping, waste reduction, and continuous improvement) to design simpler and more effective processes.
- Facilitate collaborative workshops to understand current‑state processes, co‑design future‑state solutions, and support informed decision‑making.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and intelligent tooling (including generative artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and process mining) aligned with business needs.
- Define, monitor, and support the use of key process performance indicators (KPIs) and service‑level agreements (SLAs) to sustain improvements over time.

Experience
- Extensive experience in process improvement, business transformation, or operational excellence, gained through a variety of career paths.
