Your Role





At the heart of our R&D; data strategy, this role owns the architectural vision and governance roadmap for the Clinical Data Platform — a mission-critical foundation that enables end-to-end transparency, AI-ready analytics, and measurable business value across integral clinical development. As the recognized technical authority in this space, you will define the target-state architecture for clinical and operational study data, lead the strategic evolution of the Operational Data Repository through modern data product concepts, and drive harmonized, scalable data flows across the R&D; ecosystem.

You will shape the integration architecture connecting key clinical systems — including Electronic Data Capture, electronic Trial Master File, and Clinical Trial Management systems — while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with GxP validation standards.
