We are looking for a Finance Director responsible for providing strategic financial leadership across our operations in Spain and Chile. This role offers the opportunity to act as a key business partner, influencing decision-making, driving financial performance, and supporting the execution of important business initiatives in a dynamic international environment. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring strong financial governance, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation, and delivering insights that help shape the future growth and success of the organization.

The Day-to-Day
- Lead all finance, accounting, payroll, tax, treasury, regulatory compliance and other related activities for the Spain operations and oversee those activities for our Chilean Entity.
- Ensure local statutory compliance, tax filings, regulatory reporting.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, government authorities and advisors while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and approval authorities.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and management information as per corporate requirements.
- Ensure strong financial controls, effective risk management, and adherence to corporate accounting policies and international reporting standards.
