As we continue to scale, CRM and Loyalty have become critical growth levers for the business. Our objective for 2026 is to transform Marketing from an activity-based function into a measurable revenue engine focused on user registration, retention, repeat purchases, and loyalty monetization.
To support this transformation, we are looking for a Head of CRM & Loyalty Growth to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of our CRM and Loyalty programs.
This is a hands-on, revenue-focused role.



You will own and operate CRM and Loyalty as scalable revenue channels, combining lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, automation, data analysis, AI-powered workflows, and vendor management. A share of our traffic and engagement comes through our mobile app, so you will own CRM and Loyalty across both web and app — converting anonymous sessions into registered, repeat, monetized clients. Success is measured by revenue impact, not by brand or activity metrics.
You will own the roadmap, KPIs, operating model, and performance of CRM and Loyalty initiatives while leading a small team and working closely with internal teams and external partners.
The position is remote, with occasional travel for team collaboration and company events.
