We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Customer Marketing Senior Specialist to help expand and scale PTC's integral Customer Reference Program while supporting strategic customer community and advocacy initiatives. Based in Barcelona, this role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and customers around the world to identify, recruit, and nurture customer advocates who can share their transformation stories and business outcomes.





The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the ongoing rhythm of reference recruitment, customer storytelling, and advocacy engagement. This includes identifying customers from events, executive programs, advisory boards, industry exchanges, and user community activities, helping guide them through the reference process, and supporting the creation of customer-led content that enables marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

Because many reference interviews and customer conversations occur with North American customers, this role requires flexibility to participate in occasional evening calls to support customer interviews, reference development activities, and advocacy programs.
