What You Will Do
- Lead initiatives to enhance mill facilities and work processes, focusing on operational efficiency, safety, compliance, quality, cost, and schedule objectives,



while addressing gaps identified through audits.
- Participate in safety assessments, investigations, and contractor coordination during construction phases to uphold safety standards and mitigate risks.
- Manage projects, including electrical systems, and tackle field engineering challenges outside typical planning scope, providing practical solutions without requiring full-scale project execution.
- Produce, review, and verify engineering design details using AutoCAD/SolidWorks, develop scopes of work, and design, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems with tools like EasyPower.
- Provide technical and engineering expertise to maintenance and operations teams, including diagnosing and resolving electrical issues (e.g., PLCs, drives, automation systems) and developing, modifying, and troubleshooting PLC programs to optimize performance.
