What You'll Do:

Criteo’s Ops Strategy & Enablement team acts as the strategic enabler that turns business priorities and product innovation into scalable, efficient, and client-centric execution for our SCO organization in the Performance Media business.
The team defines how Ops works, measures how it performs, enables how it scales, and ensures it is ready for what is next.
Within the new Product and Ops Enablement team, Ops Enablement focuses on how teams deliver day to day: translating operating model standards into practical ways of working, enabling adoption of processes and tools, supporting continuous improvement, and helping Ops teams scale with consistency.
As Ops Enablement Team Lead, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of the Ops Enablement team. You will work closely with the Product and Ops Enablement Manager and with stakeholders across Ops, Product, R&D;, and regional teams and leaders to turn priorities into clear and practical ways of working.
The role combines team leadership, hands-on execution, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.





What you’ll do
- Lead, coach, and coordinate the Ops Enablement team, providing clear priorities, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Create clarity and accountability across the team by setting expectations, distributing work, giving constructive feedback, and supporting individual development.
- Own the execution of Ops Enablement initiatives focused on process adoption, continuous improvement, tooling adoption, and ways of working.
- Work closely with Product Enablement on initiatives where product changes and operational processes are connected, ensuring that Ops teams understand what is changing and how to apply it in their day-to-day work.
- Partner with Ops Strategy, Product, R&D;, regional Ops teams, and subject-matter experts to coordinate dependencies, clarify ownership, and support effective delivery.
