PURPOSE OF THE JOB

As a Senior HR Operations Specialist (P&ED; Senior Specialist), inside of a cooperative team, you will provide support to business, employees and P&C; Team ensuring efficient, precise, timely and cost-effective services, providing support in implementing employment-related processes to ensure alignment with PMI Guidelines and Local Legislation. Act as an advisor for all P&C; services and deliver exceptional employee experience by putting employee experience at the center of what we do.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Payroll
- Provide advisory support and resolution for complex payroll-related issues,



ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
- Manage local payroll change requests (CRs) and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation.
- Close collaboration with key stakeholders involved in issuing/executing the Spanish payroll to ensure timely and accurate cycles based on the payroll calendar defined.
- Vendor management: establish and manage relationships with service providers, ensuring service level agreement is met, and scalations and handled promptly.

- Provide support to employees and People Managers on employment-related processes, including voluntary terminations, dismissals, employment contracts, working time reductions, and leaves of absence.
