Allianz Services, delivers services aligned with the globalDigital Resilience Service Lineto ensure that Allianz Group can effectively anticipate, manage, and respond to disruptions affecting business operations (IT and Non-IT), employees, and physical assets. A key pillar of this effort isThird Party Risk Management (TPRM). As regulatory expectations continue to increase—particularly through frameworks such as theDigital Operational Resilience Act (DORA)—Allianz is strengthening its TPRM capabilities and building aTPRM Lifecycle Servicedelivered by Allianz Services. We are looking for an experienced leader who willestablish, lead, and continuously develop the general TPRM managed service. In this role, you will be responsible forbuilding and leading the TPRM team, shaping the service model, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality lifecycle services to Allianz entities worldwide. This role combinesstrategic leadership, service management, and deep expertise in third-party risk and outsourcing governance.

What You Do

- Lead and manage theglobal TPRM service and team, ensuring high-quality delivery of Third Party Risk Management services across Allianz entities.
- Define and continuously evolve theTPRM “Service as a Service” model, ensuring scalability, operational excellence, and strong governance.
- Establish and develop theTPRM operating model, including roles, processes, service delivery standards, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Drive thecontinuous improvement and maturity of the TPRM framework and processesacross the organization.
- Oversee thedelivery of the full Third-Party Risk Management lifecycle, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding of third parties.
- Ensure consistent and effective implementation of theAllianz Third Party Risk Management and Outsourcing policies.
- Superviserisk and control assessments (RCA)for third-party service providers across the lifecycle.
- Ensure arobust and transparent inventory of outsourcing and third-party arrangements, including supporting risk documentation.
- Act as thecentral governance function for TPRM, ensuring alignment with Allianz Group standards and regulatory requirements such asDORA.
- Provideexpert guidance and advisoryon complex third-party risk topics to senior stakeholders.




- Conduct and overseeTPRM maturity assessmentsand drive improvements in collaboration with Risk, Legal, Data Privacy, Procurement, and Information Security.
- Ensure strongquality assurance and control oversightacross the TPRM processes.
- Ensure efficientoperational delivery of TPRM lifecycle activities, including coordination with internal teams and external service providers.
- Provideescalation management and expert supportfor complex risk issues.
- Drivestandardization, automation, and operational efficiencywithin the TPRM service delivery model.
- Establish and overseeTPRM reporting and dashboardsfor internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
- Lead the preparation ofTPRM assurance and regulatory reports.
- Coordinateinternal and external audits related to TPRM and outsourcing.
- Build strong relationships withglobal stakeholders across Allianz entities, ensuring alignment and transparency in third-party risk management.

What You Bring
- 8+ years of professional experience inThird-Party Risk Management, Outsourcing Governance, Vendor Management, Procurement, or Risk Management.
- Proven experience inleading teams or managing complex service delivery environments.
- Strong knowledgeofregulatory requirements related to outsourcing and operational resilience(e.G., DORA, VAIT, financial sector regulations).
- Experience in building or managingrisk management frameworks or managed servicesis a strong advantage.
- University degree inBusiness Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
- Strongleadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset combined withhands-on execution capability.
- Excellentcommunication, facilitation, and conflict management skills.
- Fluent inEnglish (written and spoken).
- Advanced knowledge ofMS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
experience withGRC tools such as OpenPages, ServiceNow, or similar platformsis a plus.
