As an Investigator Payment Lead, you will manage end-to-end site and investigator payments across clinical studies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You will work with cross-functional teams to set up budgets, payment triggers, and contracts, while monitoring performance and resolving complex payment issues. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and clinical research, enabling timely payments and strong site relationships. You will drive process improvements and contribute to a compliant, efficient payments ecosystem. A key hook is shaping scalable payment processes within a general CRO environment, supporting patient-focused clinical trials.

• Oversee end-to-end administration of investigator and site payments across studies from start-up to close-out.
• Configure payment systems to reflect budgets, triggers, visit schedules, and invoiced activities.
• Plan and coordinate payment-related milestones to enable timely site payments during study start-up.
• Review and validate EDC and payment data, resolve discrepancies or failures.
• Guide setup and maintenance of site contracts and budgets within payment systems aligned to contracts.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring payments and queries meet standards.
• Investigate and resolve complex payment issues involving contracts, budgets, regulatory requirements, tax considerations, currencies,



and site-specific factors.
• Monitor payment performance, identify trends and risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure funding, purchase orders, contracts, and work orders support uninterrupted processing.
• Resolve escalated payment issues to maintain a positive site experience.
• Support audit, inspection, and compliance activities related to investigator payments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements and efficiency.

Responsabilidades
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical research, site payments, contracts, finance, budgeting, or clinical operations.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, site budgets, and investigator payment methodologies.
• Experience in a CRO, sponsor, or clinical research environment.
• Experience interpreting contracts, budgets, and payment terms with high accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills with multi-priority management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities for complex operational issues.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
