The primary location is Madrid, Spain, you may be required to travel & work in Al Khafji, KSA at some stage.

Main Purpose Of The Role

The Project Controls Specialist may operate within the Core Engineering Team or PMC project team environment.



They may have engineer grade personnel under his responsibility and will be tasked with their control and management and the delegation of activities to such support personnel. They may work under the supervision of a Lead Engineer in which case his responsibilities will be as delegated. The Project Controls Specialist may be in charge of any or all of the following tasks. The position is to be based in Spain, Europe.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

- 15 years of experience with Project Controls Specialist.
- 10 years with direct involvement in project management, planning, scheduling, cost estimation, cost and budget control, procurement tracking and monitoring / forecasting of engineering and construction activities for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical/ building and infrastructure projects projects.
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Construction /Project Management or Equivalent. xcskxlj
