- Provide strategic IT consultation for Pharma Technical Operations, supporting Pharma and Diagnostics customers.
- Define and design business processes, functions, and organizational structures based on customer requirements.
- Research, identify, and promote enabling technologies within the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, Configuration Specialists, and Tester Teams.
- Assess current state solutions, define future needs, and identify solution gaps.
- Recommend new technology solutions and business execution improvements.
- Conduct business process engineering and re-engineering activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions to identify and define non-functional requirements.




- Evaluate and research technology solutions, including Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Proof of Values (PoVs).
- Develop business and logical data and solution architectures (software, network, hardware, integration).
- Conduct impact assessments and develop mitigation plans for solution changes and enhancements.
- Work with Enterprise Architects to define long-term architecture vision and integration patterns.
- Create and maintain comprehensive Solution Architecture documentation.
- Develop IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with the business division's strategic needs.
