Experteer Overview
As Lead Project Manager at Celonis Services, you will orchestrate end-to-end implementations for our largest customers, shaping project outcomes and aligning with Sales, Partners and Value Engineering. You’ll drive on-time delivery, resource planning, and risk management while ensuring customer satisfaction and value realization. The role blends deep process insight with scalable delivery, in a mission to turn Celonis technology into measurable business outcomes. You’ll work with cross-functional leaders to define SOWs and guide the implementation to successful go-live and adoption.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead complex transformational customer programs and define the project outcome.
• Plan and manage timelines and activities from kickoff to training to meet customer requirements.
• Manage resources, scope, and budget across multiple projects with fast, efficient delivery.
• Serve as primary point of contact for feature requests and issue escalation with customers.
• Regularly communicate project status and keep Celonis PS automation system up to date for accurate reporting.
• Proactively escalate risks and issues to internal and external stakeholders to minimize impact.




• Provide guidance to implementation teams and partner resources to ensure Celonis methodology is followed.
• Contribute to continual improvement of Celonis Services methods and best practices.

Responsabilidades
• Client-facing PM experience in enterprise software implementations with multiple concurrent projects.
• Extensive project management discipline experience (plans, risk logs, issue resolution).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with consulting background.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore consulting teams.
• Experience in positioning Services, writing proposals and SOWs within an ecosystem of customers and partners.
• History of working with partners and managed co-delivery.
• Ability to set and manage customer expectations.
• Strong analytical skills applying technology to business problems.
• Willingness to be certified in Celonis products.
• PM certifications (PMP, Prince2, or Safe/Agile).
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
