Mission
At Vueling, we aim to revolutionize our social media presence by implementing innovative strategies that will improve our impact as market leaders. To achieve this, we are seeking a Social Media Specialist who, together with the Social Media Manager, will lead the development of a new innovative social media strategy, driving impactful change and elevating our brand to greater success worldwide.
This role requires a passionate and data-driven individual who can craft compelling content, build strong community relationships,



and deliver impactful results across all major social platforms. This includes crafting platform-specific content strategies, producing impactful digital assets and maintaining a consistent, engaging tone of voice across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset, bringing strong social media expertise, sound judgement and the ability to take ownership of projects from briefing to execution, performance evaluation and crisis response when reputational risks or fast-moving issues arise.

Tasks & responsibilities
Develop and execute Social Media Strategy:
- Partner with the Social Media Manager to shape and evolve Vueling’s integral social media strategy across all markets.
