The TA Operations team acts as the strategic engine for our General Talent Acquisition Organization. We are dedicated to transforming our company’s hiring practices by driving innovation, scalability, and operational excellence through structural simplification and AI-powered automation to find top talent with velocity.
What You Will Do:

Execute core TA initiatives by applying comprehensive project management fundamentals, utilizing structured toolkits, OKR tracking, and communication plans to ensure task forces move with velocity.

Design and seamlessly implement tailored TA programs, including job-family-specific interview frameworks, optimized core policies, and "Future Talent" cohort programs to support our evolving skill needs.

Partner strategically with TA Leadership to build and embed hiring manager upskilling programs, creating core training content that elevates the recruitment process.

Lead cross-functional compliance frameworks related to GDPR, pay transparency, and other key regulations,
running effective change management campaigns to ensure ongoing governance.

Collaborate proactively with the DEI & Employee Experience team to plan and achieve attraction, sourcing, and selection goals that empower us to build a highly diverse workforce.

Drive accountability by enforcing hiring manager SLAs, protecting the integrity of the recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a top-tier candidate experience.

Build bold, AI-powered recruiting solutions by actively experimenting with new technologies to enhance day-to-day efficiency.
