The opportunity
We are seeking a Project and FF&E; Procurement Manager to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects at the Australian Centre for Disease Preparedness (ACDP) in Geelong,
a high-containment biosecurity facility.
In this role, you will lead the coordination, procurement and delivery of Furniture, Fittings and Equipment (FF&E;) for significant laboratory and research infrastructure projects. This includes managing the reuse of existing assets, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring FF&E; delivery is successfully integrated with construction, commissioning and operational readiness requirements.
You'll partner with a broad range of stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, consultants, scientists and operational teams, while also providing project management support across other major capital works projects where required. Drawing on your project management, procurement and stakeholder engagement experience, you'll coordinate complex activities and deliver outcomes within established timeframes and budgets.
