We are looking for an experienced Social Strategy Director to lead social and digital strategy for a leading general FMCG food client across Europe.

In this role,



you will define the overarching social strategy for key European markets and partner with local social teams to translate it into culturally relevant, market-specific campaigns. You will help shape how brands connect with consumers across social, influencer, content, and commerce channels, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and local relevance.

What You'll Do
- Develop and own the social-first strategy across multiple European markets, including Germany, France, Benelux, Poland, Italy, and the UK.
- Translate global brand and communications strategies into actionable local social frameworks.
- Guide local teams on campaign planning, content strategy, influencer activity, and social best practices.
- Identify cultural, consumer, and platform trends within the food category and turn them into effective marketing opportunities.
