What is our proposal?
As a B2B Group Travel Support team member, you’ll be the voice of our brand for travel agents reaching out with new group inquiries, policy questions, and pre-sales support.
- Be the Pre-Sales Frontline: Answer incoming calls from travel agents to assist with pre-sales inquiries, group policies, and commission structures.
- Qualify Hot Leads: Identify exciting group opportunities, gather key details,



and seamlessly hand off qualified leads to our Travel Specialists.
- Review & Track Group Cases: Manage group requests and review case updates to keep travel agents informed and ensure every trip moves forward smoothly.
- Keep the Momentum Going: Handle account check-ins, policy updates, and proactive follow-ups so no opportunity falls through the cracks.
- Collaborate for Success: Team up with our Specialist and Post-Booking teams to boost group sales, streamline operations, and deliver world-class service to our agency partners.
