About the Role
In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll manage a residential service supporting clients with disabilities, in enhancing the quality of life and, where applicable, their families.
Your Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Disability Support Workers, fostering engagement and addressing any long-standing issues.
- Performance Management: Ensure the overall performance of the service aligns with annual work plans and meets established targets.
- Person-Directed Support: Promote person-directed support and community participation that exceeds minimum disability standards, all within available resources.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the day-to-day operations of supported accommodation services, surpassing identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support Excellence: Provide high-quality support to customers and their families, offering management support to care staff and hand-on involvement on the floor for minimum 2 hours/day.
