We're looking for an experienced Insights & Analytics Business Partner to play a key role in shaping the commercial strategy and growth of our Nephrology Franchise across EMEA.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior business leaders to deliver strategic insights and support key commercial decisions.
- Transform complex data, market intelligence, and customer insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Lead forecasting, business planning, and scenario analysis to support growth and performance.
- Deliver meaningful dashboards, performance reporting, and ad-hoc analytics.
- Manage market research projects and identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate across regional, cluster, finance, commercial, and integral teams to drive evidence-based decision making.
- Support omnichannel and customer engagement analytics to enhance commercial effectiveness.

Qualifications
