Job Overview:
The language services team within ICON is seeking highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee our eCOA implementation activities.
This role involves leading a team of screen review specialists and migration project managers to ensure the successful implementation and migration of eCOA Electronic Clinical Outcomes Assessment.
The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical expertise in eCOA systems, and experience in translation and localization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of eCOA project managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment, and managing employees’ life cycle including appraising performance,
goals and guiding professional development.
- Managing the staffing of eCOA projects effectively.
- Ensuring that eCOA projects are completed on time, within budget, to the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards and SOPs.
- Providing guidance, training and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in eCOA implementation & migration.
- Preparing and presenting project information at internal & external meetings.
- Contributing to initiatives focusing on technology, automation and process improvement.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Life Sciences, PRO, information technology, project management, linguistics).
