House Supervisor (DDSO3A) – Yarraleen Pl, Bulleen

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced House Supervisor (DDSO3A) to join our team on a fixed-term basis, supporting female clients within a Supported Independent Living home in Bulleen. In this rewarding leadership role, you will drive the delivery of high-quality, person-centred supports, lead and mentor a team of passionate Disability Support Workers, and build strong partnerships with families, carers and key stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for clients.

Location: 18 Yarraleen Place, Bulleen

Work Type: Fixed-Term, Full-Time

Fixed Term Duration: From 26/07/2026 to 30/01/2027

Total Hours per Month: 152 (77 / 75)

Roster line: 1

About the role:
- Have a passion to support people with a disability in an inclusive way which meets the individual needs of each customer at your service
- Have experience within disability, including experience dealing with behaviours of concern




- Providing training and support in a complex residential setting
- Manage a small staff team and related services, including ensuring effective roster management (budgetary and human resources)
- Be an effective communicator with proven experience in managing a diverse team in the community sector
- Be strategic in your thinking about how to improve your service and contribute to changes that positively affect your service
- Be confident in leading a diverse team and providing support to residents
- Have the ability to adapt to and be calm in any situation
- Must be available to work all shifts listed in roster
- An Advanced Diploma of Disability (Qualifications equivalence)is required for this role.
