About the role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager in Data/Automation to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by executing strategic initiatives, engaging key customers, and developing vendor partnerships. This role blends BDM responsibilities in markets where both functions are not deployed separately.
The Blended BDM will work on small to mid-size accounts of moderate complexity,



fostering strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to establish TD SYNNEX as a Trusted Advisor in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the Business Unit strategy to drive profitable market share growth in Data/Automation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors.
- Identify and onboard new vendors, driving sales and optimizing results.
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance market penetration and share of wallet.
- Lead negotiations on key tenders and large deals.
- Provide structured sales guidance and enablement to internal teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by increasing loyalty and profitability.
- Engage with vendor operational, sales, and marketing teams.
- Support direct reports and Business Development Executives (BDEs), where applicable.
