As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure it complies with community standards and promotes wholesome user experiences for our Dutch-speaking audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and moderate user-generated content in Dutch, ensuring adherence to community guidelines.
- Accurately classify content and determine appropriate actions in accordance with company policies.
- Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams.
- Provide feedback and insights on content trends to support moderation improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize content moderation processes.




- Stay updated with company policies and industry standards related to content moderation.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently apply guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate moderation decisions.
- Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content professionally and empathetically.
- Knowledge of online platforms and content moderation tools is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
