Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries regarding products and services, providing accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
