Role Description The Implementation Specialist is a full-time role based in the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area.



This position is responsible for deploying and configuring Logistic Lab’s digital tools, and managing CargoWise One implementations and support solutions according to client requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong Freight Forwarding experience in operations or customs (customs preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in software implementation, system configuration, and rollout of digital tools or enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of Cargowise
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts, delivering training, and collaborating with stakeholders. xqbhyrx
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools; knowledge of chatbot platforms and robotic process automation is an advantage.
