In this role you drive the strategic direction and execution of CCEP’s enterprise cyber security program. You will lead a high-impact, cross-functional team and advise senior leaders on cyber risk and investment priorities. You’ll shape security architecture, incident response, and governance to protect critical services across IT, OT, cloud, and digital platforms. This is a visible, European-scale opportunity to build a secure-by-design culture and enable business growth.

• Define and deliver the cyber security strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities and tech transformation
• Act as the designated Chief Information Security Officer for enterprise-wide leadership
• Advise senior leaders on cyber risk, security investments and strategic decisions
• Develop security metrics, risk indicators and maturity measures for executives
• Lead cyber defence capabilities: monitoring, threat detection, incident response, crisis management and continuous improvement
• Oversee Security Operations Centre capabilities and protection against evolving threats
• Lead executive incident response during significant security events
• Champion secure-by-design across technology initiatives and transformation programmes
• Advance security architecture, engineering,



application security and threat engineering
• Oversee security platforms, controls, automation and secure adoption of emerging tech
• Strengthen risk management, compliance and audit readiness with governance teams
• Support SOX/regulatory security requirements and supplier risk management
• Drive remediation of security risks and audit findings
• Build and develop a high-performing cyber security organization
• Oversee budget planning and investments to maximize value and risk reduction
• Promote security awareness and a strong cyber security culture

Responsabilidades
• Extensive leadership experience in cyber security within complex, international organisations
• xqbhyrx Experience in senior cyber security roles, ideally CISO or Deputy CISO
• Degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Information Management, Business Administration or related field
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, ISO 27001 or COBIT
• Experience in security operations, engineering, architecture, application security, cloud security and OT security
• Proven track record managing large-scale programmes, budgets, suppliers and strategic investments
• Strong collaboration with risk, audit, compliance, privacy and legal stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
