We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Digital Marketing to lead Sulzer’s integral digital marketing agenda from Madrid. This role will drive demand generation, digital transformation, and customer engagement across
multiple business units and regions.
You will own the digital ecosystem—spanning web, performance marketing, marketing automation, and analytics—while building a high-performing team and embedding a data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Transformation
- Define and execute a global digital marketing strategy aligned with business growth priorities (incl. full ownership of campaign execution)
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across channels, platforms, and customer journeys
- Partner with commercial and product teams to align digital programs with sales objectives
Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
- Drive qualified pipeline through integrated campaigns (SEO/SEM, paid media, ABM, A/B testing, email, social)
- Optimize conversion funnels and lead lifecycle management
- Own digital KPIs: traffic, engagement, MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, OI pipeline contribution, ROI
