YOUR MISSION
As a Retail Trainee, your mission will be to provide comprehensive support across critical functions that ensure the seamless operation of our boutique and the delivery of an unparalleled client experience. You will gain hands-on exposure to the intricate world of luxury retail, contributing to our high standards in visual merchandising, client relationship management, and customer service,



all while upholding the Maison's esteemed values. This role is designed to offer a holistic understanding of how a luxury brand operates at the front line, fostering both operational excellence and deep client engagement.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?:
- Enhance Retail Operations & Boutique Maintenance: You will contribute to the smooth daily functioning of our boutiques by assisting with the management and troubleshooting of essential digital tools used by our sales associates. Your meticulous weekly follow-ups on maintenance topics will ensure any issues are promptly addressed, directly contributing to the pristine condition and operational efficiency of our retail environment.
- Elevate Visual Merchandising Standards: You will play a key role in maintaining the exquisite presentation of our creations. This includes coordinating orders for visual elements and props, assisting with budget tracking for VM initi
