About the Role
In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll manage a residential service supporting clients with disabilities,
in enhancing the quality of life and, where applicable, their families. Reed Crescent, Wonthaggi is a high-complex service requiring advanced skills in managing complex behavioural support needs. You must demonstrate substantial experience working in similar environments within the NFP sector.
Your Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Disability Support Workers, fostering engagement and addressing any long-standing issues.
- Performance Management: Ensure the overall performance of the service aligns with annual work plans and meets established targets.
- Person-Directed Support: Promote person-directed support and community participation that exceeds minimum disability standards, all within available resources.
