As Solvd Group continues to grow, we are strengthening our global procurement and Tech-Finance capabilities and are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) with Finance backgroud. In this role, you will drive sourcing and negotiation activities across multiple indirect categories—including IT services, marketing, travel,



and professional services—while enabling efficient procurement processes, strong supplier relationships, and continuous risk management. You will also be part of the Tech Finance team, and partner with technology and business teams to provide financial planning, analysis, and governance for IT and digital transformation initiatives costs. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling while ensuring financial transparency and alignment with strategic business objectives.

What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and procurement standards.
- Lead supplier selection processes, commercial negotiations and contract management activities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, procurement efficiencies and process improvements
