We are looking for a Programmatic Specialist to join our AdTech Partnerships team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in programmatic advertising who wants to take the next step in their career. You will work closely with leading SSPs and monetisation partners, helping optimise partner performance, identify revenue opportunities and contribute to the growth of our publisher network.
This role combines data analysis, commercial thinking, technical coordination and relationship management. You do not need to know every platform or technology inside out. What matters most is your understanding of the programmatic ecosystem,



your analytical mindset and your willingness to learn.

Your responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with demand partners to support performance and long-term collaboration.
- Support the onboarding and implementation of demand partners across new publisher websites.
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve monetisation metrics.
- Analyse CPM, fill rate, bid rate, revenue and other key programmatic KPIs.
- Work closely with technical and operations teams to troubleshoot issues affecting partner performance.
- Help roll out new demand partners and monetisation opportunities across our publisher network.
- Support commercial discussions by providing data-driven insights and performance analysis.
