As an (Senior) Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) - Lead to Cash (L2C) at TecAlliance, you will drive the design, optimization, and implementation of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes within TecAlliance's Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and support the company's digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives. The position can be performed on full-time or part-time basis, with a workload of minimum 32 hours per week.
You will be part of the Business Applications and Processes Team (BizApps),



responsible for the continous improvement of our cloud only TecStack on (MSFT D365 Customer Insides, Sales, Finance and Operations, Commerce, Customer Service, Power Plattform, Microsoft Fabric) and Proceeses, as the Baseline for our internal Business Processes (L2C, P2P, R2R). BizApps supports the Process owners to have a efficient and state of the art Business Operations. The Team consists of Inhouse Consultants, Applications Developers and Data Engineers.

Your Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs for the overall L2C process.
- Configure D365FO setup, especially within the L2C domain and recommend solutions for identified gaps.
