⭐ About the role
Are you a dynamic problem solver who thrives on building things from scratch? In this role you will help design,
build and run Monzo’s European payments capabilities as we expand across Europe. You’ll be setting up and managing a multitude of partnerships, leading complex implementation projects, building operational processes that are fit to scale globally, and working closely with product and engineering teams across Payments and EU teams. You will own our Payments Product Operations in Spain, but will support Monzo’s expansion efforts into new markets.

- Managing payment scheme implementation projects, onboarding and adherence processes.
- Partnering with payments engineering and EU product teams to build, launch, and run new payment systems in Europe.
