Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…

As a Customer Service Specialist at Vingcard, you will have the opportunity to be part of a department that is constantly growing.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the person in charge of being in contact with our clients in Europe.

What you will do…
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Enter, process, and manage orders.
- Inform customers about products, pricing, and how the website works.
- Recommend products based on the customer’s needs and requirements.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely, solution‑oriented way.

What we expect of you…
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong customer focus
- Previous experience in customer service (highly valued)
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel and Word
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficient
